The kids loved the pool area, especially the kid-friendly section. We enjoyed being just blocks away from the vibrant nightclubs along Avenida la Costera, which made it convenient for some family outings.

In my kids' opinion, daily towel changes and room cleaning would be great.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and I found the staff to be quite friendly. The pool area was clean, and it was nice not having to fight for space since many guests preferred the beach. However, some areas still need improvement, like the elevator buttons and bathroom details, which were a bit disappointing. Overall, it served its purpose for my stay.

The hotel has a good location, walking distance to the beach. The reception staff and cleaning crew were friendly and accommodating. The pool area looked decent and wasn’t crowded since many guests preferred the beach. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room cool. The beds were decent, though they seemed a bit old. The hotel room had nice finishes on the ceiling and floors. However, there were some downsides. There was debris left in the parking lot from hurricane Otis, creating an unsightly mess. The elevator buttons were hard to press, making it frustrating to use. The bathroom had some issues, like a broken toilet paper holder and no shower curtain. I also found the warm water to be less than expected. The balcony wasn’t very useful except for drying clothes, and breakfast opened later than nearby cafes. I didn’t try the all-inclusive package since the hotel bar seemed empty most of the time. If the hotel addressed these maintenance issues, I would rate it higher.

I truly enjoyed the lovely balcony with ocean views, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The spacious room was well-kept, allowing easy movement, which is essential for me as a senior traveler.

Good location, close to clubs and beach. Room had air conditioning, balcony, and a flat-screen TV. But sheets weren't changed daily and towels only if left on the floor. Cleaning could be better. Spa facilities were decent, but the air conditioning struggled even in a different room. Not great. Good luck!
