The room was in great shape and my bed was super comfy. the location was perfect for me, just a short walk from the beach 🏖️. the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, they shared lots of useful info with me.

Tbh, had an excellent stay for my annual vacation. Units in excelent condition. The location was marvellous, just next door to the bay and the bars and in the restaurant, in a good area...

Location: the hotel was next to many nationally recognized banks and restaurants such as BBVA, McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks as well as the bay. My room included climate control, television, and a dining area. The private parking was onsite, great service❤

The lady at the check-in desk was fabulous - very friendly and accommodating. The price for the all-inclusive stay was awesome and the drinks were good. The hotel's location right down the street from the beach was convenient, allowing easy access to all the bars in La Costera.

During my Christmas vacation, I appreciated the free drinks and snacks offered in the lobby. The hotel's location was near key attractions and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view of the city skyline.

The elevators were old and unreliable, and the room was not very clean upon arrival. The staff was not very friendly and seemed to lack enthusiasm.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco for a week-long vacation. The lady at the check-in desk was absolutely fantastic! She was understanding and accommodating, and always greeted the visitors with a friendly smile. The drinks at the hotel were also really good, and the price for the all-inclusive stay was awesome.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the beach, with plenty of bars along La Costera. the service was excellent, with friendly staff members eager to help. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with private balconies and air conditioning for a great night's sleep.

The food at the hotel could use some improvement in terms of taste and variety.
